    Jim Costa is one of Pelosi's top "lock step" voters when the vote matters. Costa has voted consistently with Pelosi 95% of the time for the last two of three terms! This last year, he has tried to distance himself from Pelosi--so he will vote against her when they have the vote locked in. But when it matters, he comes running to Pelosi's aid. Might as well give Pelosi TWO votes!

    Incredible video! It's so disappointing to realize that while Nancy Pelosi made all of those ridiculous statements and cast so many of her damaging votes, OUR congressman, Mr. Cardoza, was right there with her voting the same way.
    Our valley deserves better.
